One of my original character I designed back in 2000.
I was obsessed with Circus with their decorations and clowns with their cute hats and fancy outfits.
At the time the manga Houshin Engi and Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne was one of my addiction to read cuz the artists also had clown themed inspirational art.
Small discovery I had around this time with Photoshop was to use Blur tool to soften up the edges.
