Quick and easy sauce you can make for your simply cooked protein. It goes well with grilled chicken, boiled eggs, grilled fish, bowl of rice, and any steamed vegetables.
My current favorite combination is lightly peppered pan fry bass and put it on bowl of rice. And then pour 1 tbsp of the soy sauce and mix the sauce with fish and rice and just chug that in your mouth!
Green Onion Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onion. You can also chop finely too.
- 1/8 cup of soy sauce.
1. Put two ingredients together.
2. Let green onion marinate into soy sauce for at least 30min stirring twice during the marination.
3. Serve with any protein or rice.
You can also let it marinate overnight and serve it the next day. The flavor of green onion will release more and gives more interesting flavor fused with soy sauce.
