Oyster Sauce Soboro Don

Soboro donburi is Japanese dish that uses ground chicken with soy base sauce mixed in and put on top of bowl of rice.

This one is slightly difference where you use oyster sauce as part of it and egg tartar sauce. It gives a creamy texture when you mix between these two!

If you don't have Oyster sauce you can replace it with soy sauce and it will still goes well with egg tartar. Another thing you can replace is use mustard sauce instead of mayo.
