I actually tried making this without the pasta machine and it took very very long time. Having no muscle I think I spend good hour just roll out the pasta. It did took a while but it was well worth it. This deserved pasta sauce from scratch too so I made quick and simple pasta sauce.
My favorite part of making pasta is to hand cut the dough into noodles.
