To prevent muscle stiffness and tension on arrival, here are some helpful tips:
1. Massage your feet
a) Hold one foot between your hands and squeeze lightly.
b) Continue holding the foot between your hands and apply flowing stokes from your toes towards your body.
c) Work the sole of your foot with your thumbs, pressing lightly and making small circular motions.
d) Gently pinch the outer edge of your foot from the heel to the little toe. Alternate feet and repeat.
e) To put the bounce back in your step, apply the Energzing Foot Spray directly over the socks or stockings.
2.) At least every two hours, stand up stretch and take a short walk around the cabin.
